I'm sure that all members across the House will wish to join me in wishing

all the Home Nations teams the very best of luck in the Rugby League World Cup which is starting

this week.

This morning I had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others and in addition to my

duties in this House I shall have further such meetings later today.

Social care services in England are in crisis.

Since 2010, the local council in Manchester has had its annual social care budget cut by £32 million.

By March, the government will have taken $6.3 billion out of social care budget cut by £32 million. By March, the government will have taken

$6.3 billion out of social care. Why won't the Prime Minister match Labour's commitment

to invest $8 billion in social care in next month's budget?

As I have said in this House before, we recognise the pressure that there is on social care,

as we see an ageing population. There is, and I've said this before, there are short-term,
