Summary

Ava Rose is a 32 year old musician, research analyst, media expert, activist, trauma survivor, and former retail manager who is just starting to work as a gender/sexuality/relationships coach in Northern California. Creatively, she describes herself as a ‘former suburban feral child’ who escaped an abused upbringing, coming out with ‘titanium bootstraps’ and a rebellious passion for finding balance & beauty in the personal investments and media entertainment we sometimes overlook or receive passively. Three decades of toxic instability in her home life culminated in a total disconnect from most of her family & friends during the height of the pandemic. Ava has spent the last two years recovering on the sidelines, transitioning (with minimal access to local care/support), writing new music, building up her self-owed business with ever- expanding professional qualifications, and learning to absolutely embrace the person that—for so long—she hadn’t been allowed to fully explore. With a genuine appreciation for the ‘cultural melting pot,’ a loud passion for progress, a humble spirit, and a bit of a sharp wit, Ava aims to live the best life she can as an ‘out’ transgender, pansexual artist/consultant/comforting shoulder, and to support the communities she most identifies with. Although she’s much happier, healthier, safer, and more complete in herself, today, Ava looks to an even brighter future in bridging her great passions—Music, Advocacy, Humanism, Catharsis, and a bit of Sarcasm—helping to break the echo chambers we often perpetuate in our own thinking, decluttering our contemporary lives, raising the bar in our entertainment, and getting back to the political business of ‘pursuing happiness’ for each, every, and all persons.
