We're peeking out of the edge of the festive fixtures here. A little bit of FPL fatigue, but the good news is, is we have a little bit of an F.A. Cup break coming up. And then we have, I don't know, we've got, I feel like getting new chips like a second wild card, this second bonus free hit. We now can talk about getting a new lease on life. And boy, Josh, after this brutal

festive period, I feel like we could both use a new FPL lease on life. Yeah, it's just

been a weird December, a long December, as the County Cross said, Brandon. I think that was

he was referring to fantasy sports when he, when he wrote that. Maybe it was

fantasy baseball. I don't really know. You know what, uh, maybe it's long to supper until the fantasy

baseball season started. I think, I think, we don't know. Round, round here is it talking about one of

his fantasy MLB guys, like rounding second base, maybe? Maybe around the round basketball. You know, I don't know. There's a lot of options. But, yeah, so it's, it's been a, it's, you know, the festive fix. I was talking to you about this before the pot started and I was debating whether I ever actually enjoy the festive fixtures or it's somehow I look forward to them every year and somehow like it feels

like I'm always like a little stressed out you know like I mean it's interesting because it's always

it's always a mix right like I mean there's like we can come in here we can talk about fantasy stress

and whatever but but there you know I there's like a you know I you know I have different sides

of my personality right and like even though fantasy wise and things't go well, I also really enjoyed a lot of the matches that happened over December, right? I mean, the first half in particular, honestly, the second half, too, of the Liverpool Chelsea match today was terrific. It was just a great, exciting match. And it was, it was super fun. And so, you know, I'm kind of with you. I'm glad that December is over. I mean, it's sort of, you know, I was thinking about, there's a question here about, from Michael, he said, what are your tips for managers who just taking a beating over the last week because of COVID? I really, yeah, the last weeks, really, the last month or so because of COVID cancellations, hits taken and just knowingly bad luck.

He says, it's starting to affect my enjoyment, but I'm trying to stay positive.

And here's, here is my thought on that.

Branded on December 31st, the University of Michigan got absolutely waxed in the college football playoff, right? It was basically over within about five minutes. Go bulldogs. And I had my fun, you know, I enjoyed it. I did. I did. But they, uh, it was a lot of fun watching them. Shod and Freud Josh. You'd love to see it. Yeah. You do love to see it. But, you know, the thing is,

and I had gone through this myself. I went to Michigan State as did you. And Michigan State got,

like, Alabama could have scored 130 points in us when we played them several years ago.

And the first time we made the college football playoff. And it didn't really matter, right?

Because the actual three hours of game, I didn't really enjoy, but I had all the fun

anticipation of us winning the Big Ten championship.

And then a month later, the college football playoff happened.

And I think, you know, we just went through all of these cancellations.
