Well, yes, it does to a degree because he's still hoping to inspire support from the remnants of the Biden administration

and to claim support from a Camilla Harris administration should that occur with the November 5th elections.

Bearing in mind that this is also grasping at straws for Zelensky because you're now seeing the Germans reducing their military aid to Ukraine.

Even the Brits who have been passionate about supporting Ukraine, reducing their aid to Ukraine under the new government

of Sakir-Stama, whose only interest is in domestic reorientation of the United Kingdom, for one of a better word.
