Conversation with my colleague Colonel Jeff McCausen, the United States Army retired CBS News,

about the 61 billion package passed by Congress headed to Ukraine.

Jeff speaks to air defenses and what can be

shipped and what will be shipped right away because Ukraine is nearly out of air

defense for its large cities and its infrastructure. At the same time Jeff speaks to the need for allies to keep

moving on this and not to set back again and say let the U.S. do it. Many have to participate out of their own stocks. Here's Jeff to explain.

Well, we've provided in the Rim 7 and the A-9 missiles for Air Defense as well as Stinger,

but some of the Air Defense systems are going to be provided will be by other allied

members and I think it's important to emphasize John that the worst thing that

could happen as we're sort of celebrating this breakthrough finally after all

these months of haggling by the United States Congress to deliver this rather large package of 60 billion dollars.
