So my view is that Putin right now thinks he holds the cards. Ukraine is really struggling

to stabilize its lines. And so long as that remains the case, I think it'll be tough to convince

Putin to negotiate unacceptable terms.

So to my mind, anything that gives Ukraine a better chance of stabilizing its lines will be helpful toward that goal of achieving a good and lasting peace agreement.

So Attackams is one piece of that puzzle.

Frankly, the landmines actually might be more important. And I think for the

attackum's decision and the storm shadow decision to be really effective, we're going to have to

provide more missiles because Ukraine's magazine depth right now, I think it's just not significant,

not sufficient to have really significant effects.
