Now I think the big theme, John, for this new Labor Party government in the UK has been

chaos and indecision, and it's the gang that can't govern straight because they'd been

out of power for 14 years since the summer of 2010 and clearly

they had lost a lot of the muscle memory for how to govern and it's taking them a while to get their act together.
