This is John Batcher, conversation with my colleague Simon Constable.

He's in the south of France watching the farm vote, the national rally.

He however is a voter in the United Kingdom and so watching the UK vote as well on July 4th. France first, June 30th, then the

United Kingdom, July 4th and then the second round of France, in particular watching the Reform Party,

Reform UK, led by Nigel Farage.

And right now, Labor leading well ahead with 40% of the polling vote.

Conservatives who have been empowered 13 years at 20 and Farage's group were Reform UK at 17.

That could go much higher, Simon Warrens,

because it's never been polled before.

In other words, with margin of error,

with labor doing the worst possible,

with reform doing the worst possible with reform doing the best possible, we could

have a tie here between these groups, the tie being the Conservatives and the Reform conjoining.

We'll see.

Farage is clearly surgeon.

And it's these final hours that will determine the percentages.
