So one of my clients, this is what he said, you told me in these exact words, he was like,

I realized I was spending so much time managing the systems that manage my information,

that I wasn't doing anything with the information. And I was like, that right there is gold.

The problem that you described is a problem that every software company has.

A software company builds the software. They built the product because they identify the problem,

and they want to solve the problem. I think that this ecosystem in general,

just these tools that are coming out in this era. They require consultants to bridge that gap

because the software company doesn't see it as its responsibility to educate people about

why they need the software. They look at it like, let's build a better tool.

Yeah, well, they don't know how people are going to use it. I talked to Dennis, the founder of

Melalot, and he's always just like baffled at the different ways that I figure out how to use

them. I was like, I found a way to use memas or replacement for email. He was like, what the hell?
