about Starbase, the proposal for Starbase to be developed where Boca Chica is, replacing the name,

because of the thousands of people in and out of there, some who live there all the time,

to service the launch vehicles that are coming, not only the tests, but the ones

behind that that are operational. This is just like SimCity, except for it's in Texas, and it's

about the future, why they call it Star Base, building a colony on Earth before you build one

on Mars. I also speculate about the Mexican border is right there.
