Yes, that's essentially the story, John.

The Pentagon, a spokesman for the Pentagon,

was questioned by the Congress on whether or not

they're doing enough to make sure Russia doesn't steal

starling technology that SpaceX is giving to the selling to the Ukraine and

this one pentagon official testified that yep they are doing more than enough to keep

uh... russia out of stalling they still get terminals in fact they also buy terminals

illegally uh... but it appears they're able to

block use of stalling pretty much anywhere in Russia the only places where they seem to

get any kind of use is on the fringes of the Ukraine border, but even there,

SpaceX is working very hard to block it.
