Niezaire. The prison breaks are by jihadis. At the same time Caleb addresses how Somalia is faring after all these years

of outside intervention, the United States, Turkey, and other players are now on the scene.

stop Shabab. I think they're definitely on the same page for that angle.

I see. It's just with the political and clan rivalries inside Somalia, this training sometimes goes awry in that the clan conflict supersedes the shared desire to fight Shabab.
