Richard Epstein of the Hoover Institution, a senior fellow, he teaches law at NYU and the University of Chicago.

About the decisions the Supreme Court has been obliged to make or not make his last months with regard to the

2024 election. First the question of who can and who cannot say who is on a state ballot that matter came up during the primaries.

The matter of turning on whether Donald Trump was right beyond the ballot in Colorado and Maine or whether he could be prevented.

Richard speaks to that and how he agrees with the court's decision.

And then he turns to speaking of the most recent event at the court about the election, does the president

enjoy immunity when he is in office?

And Richard has a very careful way of explaining how the Supreme Court will find a way

to pause in that decision and to make certain that decision does not come before this election.
