State filed a brief with the Supreme Court following briefs

filed by Donald Trump's campaign and six Colorado voters. This is before the

court. February 8th is the date in which the court will hear arguments as to why or why not Colorado has the authority to ban Donald Trump's name from the primary ballot, meaning the ballot for the state.

All other states are watching this very carefully and Andy takes us through the steps after
