as Michael explained, is a system of selling your name. These countries are chosen also because they speak English and because they're

Well, most of this country's Russia selects

because it's the selection of Russia. India speaking because they communicate, a Christian

because they are not afraid of any kind of safety security problems, and they even establish offices outside of this

countries but generally they select something that they can deal with

governments with bureaucracy probably some corruption, some bribery was on.

And it is a very lucrative business for small countries which opportunistically use this situation and they sell basically their name because selling a flag like selling stamps is selling the name.
