the story of a woman in the Schuyler family, the eldest daughter,

who with the revolution all around her, elopes to Massachusetts with a man who claims his name is Carter.

She returns to her home in Albany,

and her father is removing goods. Why? Because General Burgone is marching from the north,

overwhelming Ticonderoga eventually, and heading south to squeeze the revolutionaries between two armies.

In other words, Angelica is right in the middle of the hasty times they were having it,

called the revolution.

The story spills in all directions.

She lives into the 19th century. Lives in London, lives in Paris. It's a wonderful

story, and this is a great beginning as she marries a man name. Well, he claims his name is Carter,

So they elope really just, you know, their family becomes distracted because General Burgoyne's army is invading northern New York from Quebec.

And so everyone is all attention on the northward.

And Angelica and John Carter slip away across the river and go a lobe in Massachusetts.

And then come back, you know, which just before the Fortyconderoga falls to General Bergoin and, you know, General Skyler uses it as his wedding forgives her enough to use her wedding as a smoke screen as he removes teen wagon loads of goods from their house at Saratoga.

Right.

Right.
