0:00.0	On February 15, 1997, a blue Chevy suburban was driving through Wilmington, Ohio.
0:08.0	The vehicle was quickly noted by pedestrians for driving slowly and erratically, and eventually
0:13.4	it became noticed by police officers.
0:16.2	A state trooper, who began following the vehicle, quickly noticed that the license plate
0:21.1	tabs had expired.
0:22.8	And a quick check through the system revealed that the vehicle was not legally registered.
0:27.5	This state trooper then began flashing his lights and signaled for the SUV to pull over
0:31.4	to the side of the road.
0:33.1	After a moment, the driver of the SUV seemed to notice and pulled over to the right-hand
0:38.0	side of the road.
0:39.0	Okay, got any kind of ID with it?
0:46.0	No signs of ID with it.
0:49.0	Got any registration with it?
0:54.0	No signs of ID with it all.
0:57.0	No signs of ID with it all.
0:59.0	What's the fact you're in this yet any ID with users?
1:04.0	Nothing at all.
1:05.0	So what you tell me is, well, okay, do your life be a trouble.
1:11.0	But what you tell me is, you've got no ID whatsoever in this data.
1:15.0	Okay, so let me explain something to you.
1:18.0	If you have a missh horse from being riddled by a semi, and you have those shields.
1:24.0	The guy in suggestion telling me how I'm supposed to contact the next scene to come and clean
