remarks by Vladimir Putin at the Victory Day Parade in which that he wants us to know the strategic forces are always on alert,

aka the nuclear weapons, the tactical nuclear strategic noop, the big stuff and the little stuff.

Asking Anatole, who's the audience for this?

He keeps mentioning it every now and again.

Anatole answers the audience very specifically and then very generally and then points to the road

to nuclear weapons being used in anger.

Well, I mean, the audience in the first instance is is macron in France and those in eastern Europe

but most recently the Lithuanian Prime Minister who have suggested sending you

actual troops NATO troops to fight in Ukraine.

The Russians are of course desperate to deter the West from doing that because that would lead to a general war in which well I mean I indeed I mean either Russia well I mean if

Russia well I mean if if full if NATO and you know engaged on a full scale then Russia would be

defeated and would use nuclear weapons to ward that off
