I had a lengthy conversation with Professor Simons, later of the Annapolis, the Naval Academy, about Chester Nimitz and his success in the Second War, something that is very familiar

because it's the same territory, the same geography, the same islands, the same challenge now here in the

21st century when all the concern is about the PLA Navy.
