Yeah, I think that's fair to say. I mean, I think we in concert with India still outweigh China and the Indian Ocean, as you point out,

there's always talk about China seeking out bases in places

like the South Atlantic or the or the African East Coast and places like that.

And I think this is actually an admirable thing

it's a it shows self-discipline on the part of the PLA and in the Chinese

Communist Party they understand what the what their priorities are and their priorities are in East Asia.

It's Taiwan Strait, it's the East China Sea, South China Sea, and therefore they've kept that,

they've kept their military forces more or less grouped together, concentrated together in order to be able to outweigh the

United States and its allies if we get in the scrap with them in East Asia.

So again, so I think the logistical piece will come if they settle things in East Asia, but I don't think they're there yet.
