This is John Batcher speaking with colleague Rick Fisher of the International Assessment and Strategy Center about reorganization in the People's Liberation Army, Navy, Air Force, and now Space Force in some fashion. Rick is speaking to a reorganization

that is general about cyber, is general about space, is general about

information command. Inside, however, is the aerospace force that becomes a

combat arm for near space, for low-Earth orbit, high-Earth orbit all to the Moon and to Mars.

What we're looking at here is an armed camp on the Moon, on Mars in orbit, robotic and human by the PLA anticipating contest, space war, science fiction

stuff.
