It has military personnel on board and yet every resupply is now being challenged by the PLA Navy Coast Guard.

So keep your promises. The treaty commits America to defending the Philippines and what we are sort of lawyers I suppose say as

well only in the event of armed attack so presumably that anything short of killing somebody

or shooting someone well the Chinese are free to just move in and take Philippine territory.

No, the Americans have to live up to the meaning of this treaty and get out there, have the Navy go out with the Philippines,

Filipinos every time that the Chinese are going to rough them up anywhere,

not just second Thomas Scholl.
