Why?

Because China is investing in Peru

building an enormous port, a deepwater port,

Shanghai, and other developments following upon that

to make Chankay the only Deepwater port in the west coast of South America, meaning you can trans ship from the

southern cone direct to China or vice versa. Possible warships, but the most

detailed part of the story is tariffs. What do the

tariffs that Mr Biden and Mr Trump have imposed on goods from China? What does

the concern mean about candidate Trump and candidate Vance's

promise of a 10% tariff on everything from the world?
