That's exactly right. Not only is he breaking his isolation, he's giving Putin the ability to break Putin's isolation.

So neither of those countries is credibly deterred by Western sanctions that both of them are violating.

And with a Russian friend at the UN Security Council to protect him. There's very little chance of any

accountability to increase the pressure to stop him from doing any of this. Now the

dynamic with China is really interesting because we know Kim Jong-un doesn't really

like Xi Jinping and vice versa so he's actually playing them off one another again it's not always about us

it's not everything is about the United States so no I don't think he'll be at the

Shanghai Cooperation or musician because I don't think he'll get an invite from China.
