about what appears to be mysterious conduct could be hybrid warfare against NATO.

There's the cutting of two cables in the Baltic Sea by what we're told now

is the deliberate dragging of the cable of a Chinese-owned container ship

with a Russian captain. And then, Jeff here reports on an incident of a downed aircraft in the

Baltic states and the suspicion in Germany. Hybrid warfare. Puzzle. Not easy to assign blame,

but there is a suspect. Here's Colonel McCausen, now more of

this tonight and the consequences for Europe. Yeah, John, there was also the 25th of November.

There was a cargo aircraft that crashed on landing in Lithuania. That now is being investigated,

but the German foreign minister,

Anelita Vedovac, has said

that she believed this was a hybrid incident

with outside involvement.

Now, she didn't say anything beyond that,

but the most likely candidate

would be the Russian

intelligence services.
