is about the choice by President-elect Trump of Marco Rubio to lead the State Department.

I think he's a very good choice. I think in general, the national security cabinet that's coming

together are good choices. They are very, at the very least, people who do I believe understand

the concept of peace through strength and that who understand that the only alternative is war through

weakness. And I have to say, over the past four years, we've seen war through weakness. And I have to say, over the past four years, we've

seen war through weakness. And what I have in mind, of course, is that the withdrawal

from Afghanistan and the capitulation, if that surrendered to the Taliban, it is not just

coincidence, comrade, as the Soviets used to say, that within months,

Vladimir Putin was sending his troops into Ukraine.

I think he figured, look, the Americans really don't even want to fight the Taliban,

force without an air, that doesn't have an air force, doesn't have a Navy.

I mean, this is a rag-tag guerrug.

They're not going to want to do anything about me.

This is my time to finish the job I began in 2014 and went to Crimea.

Also very clear that Marco Rubio understands the threat from the Chinese communist regime in Beijing,

which is the axis around which Moscow, Tehran, Pyongyang, I would say Havada, I would have to say

Caracas, all are evolving. This is an axis of aggressors. They want other people's lands.

They want to conquer or exterminate other peoples. And this all fills in, what fits into what you mentioned, the

new Cold War. I call it Cold War 2.0.
