Donnie Darko. This movie was such a deep part of my childhood. It's been over a decade since I've

seen it, and it was amazing to go back and re-watch this one. Fredo hasn't seen it before,

Donnie is in therapy.

He often wakes up outside the house not knowing how he got there and is supposed to be taking his medications, which he stopped doing recently.

Donnie and Elizabeth positively hate each other as siblings.

Donnie is typically blamed for every wrong thing that happens in the neighborhood and is sick of defending himself.

On October 2nd, 1988, Donny Darko, a troubled teenager living in suburbs, is awakened and led

outside by a figure in a monstrous rabbit costume, who we know later on is named Frank

and tells him the world will end in 28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes, and 12 seconds.

So very precise. At dawn, Donnie returns to home. He was found sleeping on the golf course.

He also wrote the timing coordinates on his arm, which the writing on his arm was cool. I don't know why.

I just thought that. The handwriting is crazy.

Handwriting was really, I don't know. It was aesthetically pleasing.

He goes home to find a jet engine has crashed into his bedroom.

His older sister, Elizabeth, informs him that the FFA investigators don't know where it came from.

They tried matching the serial number on the engine. He got burned and is

unreadable. Family is shifted to a hotel, so the house is fixed. Donnie is now celebrating
