This is John Batchelor, a conversation with my good colleague Jeff Bliss of Pacific Watch about the plans for a palace of in and out on the strip in Las Vegas.

Vast place, 10,000 square feet, including Jeff says a rooftop garden as well.

Jeff describes the food as fresh and extremely popular, starting in Los Angeles many years ago.

No variety in the menu.

Cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger, fries.

Pretty much is what I figure.

I don't know the place, but it has a wonderful reputation.

And Jeff describes it as perfect for where it's going to be located in the midst of Vegas.

In and out is, you know, it's the the hamburger place on the West Coast.

It came from a place as part of L.A. County started as a mom and pop operation.

It's still owned by the same family, actually, the same family member of the air.

But this is a freshly made

burgers and cheese burgers and fries and drinks. And that's it. You don't have

fish and chicken on and on. The people, it's there, every one of these locations is spick and

span clean. The service help, the staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. They haven't really

raised them that much over the years. And so it's something that people love and they've got

different ways they have their hamburgers made that make them taste one way or another. So

any of the in and out you go to throughout the West, you see lines at all the times because it's so

popular, it's so good. It really is a Southern California institution. It's been moving eastward.
