Conversation with colleague Jeff McCauslin about the reports from the

careers. The South Korean Intelligence is reporting North Korean troops training

in eastern Russia. Perhaps for Ukraine, no confirmation there.

At the same time there is information as South Korea is entertaining sending troops to Ukraine, deploying troops, also sending

weapons to Ukraine.

At least the talk might describe the two careers going back at war, but not in the Korean

peninsula rather than Ukraine. It's odd, it's escalatory. NATO is looking at this point as at South Korea as a helpmaid.

North Korea as a hireling of Moscow, a wider war and escalating war.
