Looking at the Pennsylvania primary, Mr. Biden is the nominee presumptive for the Democratic Party, Mr. And Selina is identifying an uncommitted movement across the nation, uncommitted vote.

You have to write it in.

And scientists, political scientists are looking at the scale of that

uncommitted vote. The presumption is that it's the progressive left in the

Democratic Party unhappy with Mr Biden. Are there more to write in uncommitted? What is the

number that's going to come from the Pennsylvania primary? Here, Salina explains in detail

Well, I mean, I think they're both looking at it was a wary eye.

So in Pennsylvania, the primaries are closed, so only Republicans can vote in a

Republican primary and Democrats can only vote in Democrat primary. And if you are an independent voter or unaffiliated you don't get to vote.

However, you can write something in and the uncommitted movement, as I will call it,

has reached Pennsylvania primary,

which is at the end of April.

And it will show us, you know, what kind of impact, you know, how many people are going to

vote uncommitted?

You have to write it in, but you know, when I talked to Chris Borick, the political

science professor at Meulenburg College, very, very wise and logical political scientists.

He said, I would be curious to see if it's just the far left.

He cautioned that there are also moderate and center left Democrats who are unhappy with Biden.

They could easily write in uncommitted and so could Republicans.

So I'm going to be, everyone that is nerdy as me is going to be interested in watching what happens there
