Looking at the Pennsylvania primary, Mr. Biden is the nominee presumptive for the Democratic Party, Mr. And Selina is identifying an uncommitted movement across the nation, uncommitted vote.

So in Pennsylvania, the primaries are closed, so only Republicans can vote in a
