No, I think that if the Japanese wanted, they put a bomb together pretty quickly, and the delivery systems as well.

How quickly, I've heard things from six weeks to six months to a year, but I would have to assume that they have given the matter some thought very quietly and the Japanese are able to keep secrets unlike a lot of people.
