That is, Macaulter American Greatness, about the decision by the Special Council of Mr.

Smith to file a superseding indictment of former President Trump to do with

the events of January 6, 2021.

There are four charges.

In this particular response from Andrew McCarthy, we speak to the two obstruction charges following the Supreme Court decision, Fishers versus the United States, where the ruling was that being at the capital on January 6

or having something to do with the events of that day to not satisfy the original

obstruction charge that was based upon destruction of documents

in a court case not entering a building or planning to enter a building or to interrupt the Congress or interrupting the Congress.

What we can deduce from the super cedar, John, is that Jack Smith believes that even after Fisher he has an obstruction case, I believe, based on what's known as the fake elector scheme. This was the idea that Trump and his campaign in the

states that they were contesting arranged to have alternative slates of Trump electors with the idea

that if they prevailed in any of these states in getting the either the courts or the Congresses or the legislatures of the

states to overturn the result of the election they would have these slights on

hand that would be able to cast the state's electoral votes for

Trump on January 6th. That was the plan.
