| 1:38.9 | So this is really, I think, a body blow. It's not well received, obviously, in Israel. It's one thing |
| 1:48.4 | if somebody is guilty of something to sanction them. But this seems to be ideologically driven, |
| 1:55.2 | according to many of the observers. And the Israeli government has expressed disappointment. |
| 2:03.1 | But generally there's been silence in the face of the sanctions because they don't really have that broadened application. |
| 2:10.4 | I think it's more a propaganda victory and a message to the groups in the West's by painting people, and there are some who may have violated the law. |
