about the constant threat barrage, violence, murder, launched by Hezbollah from the north of Israel into the zone that it can reach with its

drones and its anti-tank missiles and its ballistic missiles.

The drones especially coming in the middle of the night.

15 seconds is what you get to make it from your bed to the shelter. All Israelis still within reach of the drones. the and hear David Dayood comments on even the nights where the sirens go off and nothing

hits or the thought of sirens tonight is damaging to the Israeli population,

unacceptablely damaging.

And no ceasefire is going to give anyone confidence

that they won't come again with Hezbollah just across the border.

And one thing I would like to emphasize, it's not just about the 15 minutes or 15 seconds

it takes to get to a shelter.

It's the psychological terror imposed upon these civilians in Northern Israel who have to live

with a constant awareness that at any moment those sirens may have to go off and they and

their families may have to run for shelter and the time that they're given isn't

adequate so imagine the wear down, the erosion of their, you know, their psychological well-being.
