This is John Bachelor. The incomplete information from Moscow is that the suspects apprehended

may be Tajik's from Tajikistan which borders Afghanistan and has been the scene of

Soviet activity during the 20th century and Russian activity during the 21st century said to be a Russian base there in Tajikistan.

At the same time, Tajikistan is heavily influenced by the jihadists, which may explain why the reports from Moscow say ISIS

K recruited and carried out the attacks against the Moscow theater murdering dozens of people more than a hundred more than

150 unclear fog of war. In any event ISIS K operates in the Corusan province of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan.

It's a general area of influence.

It is understood to be secondary to al-Qaeda and certainly present in Afghanistan without the permission

or perhaps with the permission of the Taliban.

It's all very unclear. This particular

explanation from one of the authors of the book Cabell about the withdrawal from

Afghanistan in 2021, identifies what it is about ISIS K that makes it a strong

suspect for the attacks in Moscow.

This is a stew of jihadist and jihadist enablers.

Moscow will have to sort all this out if it's going to take its revenge
