Governor of Texas appears, talking about investment between India and the Republic of Texas,

Well, there has been a lot of discussion about the Quad here at the India-US Forum meeting.

Had President Biden been here, I think a meeting would have occurred but he isn't so the

discussions around this meeting is that the quad is informed The Quad is informal,

is informal, but it is important.
