This is John Bachelor, conversations with my colleagues Gordon Chang and Brennan Weicher about

hypersonic missiles, missiles that are extremely effective because they can change course

in flight and are very fast.

Hypersonic missile technology known to be in possession of the Russians

and known to be in possession of the Chinese.

However, here Brandon describes what we do know

about sharing of technology with rogue states, North Korea, and Iran.

Well I actually think you have to include a fourth. I think that the relationship between Russia and China and North Korea is the exact same as it is with Iran, the two rogues.

And of course, Iran and North Korea are sharing as well.

I think that, I'm not sure if Russia has yet offloaded hypersonic capabilities to North

Korea but they have discussed it in the past and the more that the Ukraine war

drags on and the more desperate Putin feels he needs to kind of get a win quickly

he will probably do more to you know sort of ingratiate himself with those other regimes such as giving advanced technology.

We know for instance that the Huthies have advanced anti-ship missiles which they got from Iran and the question has always been

where is Iran getting it from and it's probably either China and or Russia so it would not

surprise me if Russia starts offloading these systems to North Korea is.
