Who was he?

What significance that he is a Hezbollah commander dating back to the Magnea attack on the Marine barracks in 1983,

the attack on the U.S. Embassy, the tortured death of Mr. Buckley, the station chief of the CIA,

Dac Duke, who was associated with all those events, and now gone. But Bill asked a very, very

difficult question. Who trained al-Qaeda in suicide attacks?

He doesn't have direct ties to al-Qaeda or ISIS, but he was the other side of the coin in Iraq. The militias, not only did they attack the U.S. and Iraqi government, but they stirred up the sectarian and violence.

They wanted to create that Sunni-Sheas civil war within Iraq, which promoted more recruitment into the Shia militias.

And here's something that I am not aware of or I don't know the answer to, but I'm very curious.

In the 19, Al-Qaeda learned about its suicide attacks from Hezbollah.

We know this.

And when it carried out the 1998 attacks in the East Africa

embassy attacks, that was done with training given by Hezbollah. I would suspect, but I can't prove

that Doc Duke was very likely involved with that effort.
