I mean, it's not that we don't still have this, but I do kind of feel fondness for the, that era's like, gangs.

Like the factions of like the new left were kind of a lot more fun than, you know, what do we have?

Yeah, and that's the amazing thing about this is it at some various points.

I'm sure Diane Feinstein had to like sit down with her advisors and be like, okay, so this is the Workers World Party.

They are different from the Spartists.

Oh, and then there's Revolutionary Communist Party.

This guy Bob up, like she's probably had someone sit down and do the family tree of all

the different leftist organizations in the city of San Francisco and had to

like learn about them because they do it like come up a lot.

The White Panthers recall her because.

They recall her because she signs gun control legislation.

And if you remember, some of the first gun control laws were in California in the 60s,

signed by Ronald Reagan because of the Black Panthers.

So, you know, legislating guns and trying to throw people in jail for having guns, that is at that time, and still, I would argue today, we should, you know, be kind of cautious with how that's done, especially handguns, because it does lead to mass incarceration um and you know that's that's why they

challenged her it uh this is kind of really when diane feinstein becomes mayor if you will to use

like a trump era uh sort of line because um she this's when she finally became the mayor yeah right

because she kind of humiliates them she's voted she's the recall is rejected 82% to 18%
