Writing this week about the Altundi for Deutschland, the now second strongest party in all of Germany for the Bundestag election of 25.

What is striking about AFT is it started as a splinter of a splinter in 2013 and the migrant story with a million Muslims

coming in from Syria and other parts in 2015. Blessed by Angela Merkel and the Christian Democratic Union gave energy to AFD.

So today, it's gone from 1 point something in 2013 to 20% in 2024 and rising not only for the

Bundestag the federal elections but also for the state elections 16 of them across Germany. The detail here is that AFD stands with other parties that are identified as anti-migrant pro- whatever nationalist parties

throughout Europe and they've formed what is called an identity and democracy parliamentary group in the EU and the elections are coming up later

this spring.

They combine Mateo Salvini's Italian Northern League, that's coalition right now in Rome, a right-wing

party anti-immigrant.

With Marie Le Penh, a Francis National Rally, also anti-immigrant, or suspicious of migrants who are unhappy with the

migration policy of Mr. McCrone.
