leaving the Quincy Institute for Responsible State Craft about the

votes in Germany in the Turringia in the Saxony and now in the Brandenburg

state favoring the rise of in the Saxony and now in the Brandenburg State,

favoring the rise of AFD alternative for Deutschland,

an anti-EU, anti-NATO, anti-Burlin,

anti-Washington, anti-war, anti-immigrant party.

The one thing it's pro, it would be Moscow, in so far as returning to the days before the Aspolitique. Anatole

corrects me when I call Vaudkin Connect, Sarah Vagan Connect, right wing.

She's most completely sentimental left wing the old days under the

communists in East Germany. Here's Anatole Leven to connect the votes in Germany

with the war in Ukraine, with the

threat from Moscow and with Germany for Germans.

Well, yes, certainly.

But I wouldn't describe a bargain connectors right wing. She's left wing. I mean, in fact, she's taken over many positions formerly held by the social left wing of the Social Democrats and indeed the Greens.

They're definitely critical of NATO, But I mean they would say that this is not being pro-Russian, that this is

being pro-German, you know that the German government should think first and foremost about the safety and well-being of the German people and only after that of you know

NATO and the United States and the EU insofar as they serve the interests of the German people.

And, you know, as confidence in the ruling coalition and the mainstream parties drops and of course as the

German economy is crumbling in many ways this is a line that is more and more appealing for many ordinary Germans.

And of course, you know, the surge in the price of gas and energy as a result of the war and sanctions
