we spoke with Sirit Sahavi, Lieutenant Colonel IDF Reserve. She is in the north of Israel

within nine kilometers of the border where Hezbollah's gathered in its

intentions to rocket to shell to invade to attack Israel a known timeline. The

IDF is deployed and yet,

Surit report that 60,000 Israelis have already been evacuated

who lived one to five kilometers from the border.

The reason she is not evacuated at this

point nine kilometers back is where to go. She believes that the Army is

prepared and that if there is an invasion it will not be as

successful as the invasion in Gaza in the early part of October.

However, she makes the very clear ironic point does the lieutenant colonel, that there is nowhere

to hide from the rockets, from the missiles that Hezbollah possesses, all of Israel is at risk, and

will remain so as long as the conflict continues in

Gaza as long as a threat from Hezbollah remains. Here's Serit to explain.

No and I'll tell you why because the reason that 60,000 Israelis were already evacuated here

up north, living 0 to 5 kilometers from the border is not because of the arsenal of missiles or drones,

it's because of the offensive plan that we just discussed and the invasion option. So there is no

logic in evacuating a community like mine for example. Even though there is a

risk they will get here, when the IDF is fully prepared, this risk is very low.

When we speak about the rockets, there is no logic in evacuating communities from the north because where will

they go you know every every area in Israel will be threatened by these
