Javier Malay with the Beatles haircut. I spoke with Professor Avin

Ellis, Latin American Research Professor at the U.S. Army War College Strategic Studies

Institute. That's the think tank for the Joint Chiefs. We spoke of Javier Malay, his

domestic policy, but particularly of his

foreign policy, he's named a new foreign policy. He's named a new foreign minister and the

neighborhood is puzzling. They've got a left of center,

socialist pink tide to the west, that would be chilly.

Same thing to the east, that would be Brazil.

Uruguay and Paraguay not so much, but the whole of South America

these last years has turned to what is called the pink tide.

And now Harvey or Malay, a self-described libertarian comes along, neither right nor left, talking

about privatization, dollarization, deregulation.

But the foreign policy, what about that? the neighborhood where there are many dangers including Hezbollah?
