From a much longer conversation with my colleague Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institution

on Stanford University campus, Victor describes the events and the presentation on campus of acts that are clearly meant to

be anti-Semitic, anti-Israeli. Over quite some time I knew some of these but not all of them and this is where Victor works watching the way

the university does not confront what is clearly meant to be provocative and

aggressive speech

called hate speech in some circles. I did not know of the

Ben Shapiro incident whatsoever. Here's Victor to explain.

Where the campus that I work at, I can walk across the free speech area and there's a large pro-Hamas I think this would be a fair description.

There's graffiti on the sidewalk.

We have a Stanford lecturer that's on probation and because he separated

Jews in his own class and said leave your property on this side of the class and go sit over there and see how

apartheid feels. So yeah I can I can and of course it's not new John I remember

when Ben Shapiro spoke at Stanford I walked from my apartment to where I worked and here were these

Ben Begone posters and it was sort of like raid disinfectant or raid insecticide

with Shapiro's picture on it as if the meme of gassing Jews was okay.

And the university, because of this DEI industry that has embraced radical Islamic Hamas type of themes and agenda

and unlimited Middle East student visas and immigration into the United States,

and many of these students come with green cards or student visas and ample and generous

fellowships from golf oil money and the university see them as a source of

cash that doesn't have to be subsidized.
