Theis asked Malcolm about the report that the UN half-heartedly responded after many, many weeks to the facts

that we have on video and in testimony of survivors of the Malcolm responds at length about the failure of the UN to recognize just common sense and decency.

One more failure, one outrageous failure.

Yes, Malcolm, the United Nations Civil Commission for Crimes Against Women and Children

is in the news. Can you tell us why?

Yes, for what they don't do rather than what they do do and what they should be doing,

because this is exactly kind of instance where they, what they were created to address is and it's now 50

days since the attack by Hamas the outrageous attack and all the sex crimes

that were reported the sexual violence perpetrated during the massacre.

And today they issued a statement expressing alarm on the matter. That's it.

And saying they heard about the work of the Civil Commission for

crimes against women and children meeting with Israeli women's organizations. So we remained

alarmed by gender-based violence of reports.

I mean, it is just unbelievable that with the most violent case of rape and

of rape and torture and mutilation of Israeli women and girls,

seven weeks later all they can say is that they're alarm and many

organizations have expressed who have worked closely with them say that

they fail to explicitly address these terrible attacks the brutal nature of these attacks, and the targeting of civilians and families is just reprehensible.

But we have to remember that recently Iran was appointed to one of these commissions and to the to this body in particular
