current in the Endowment for International Peace.

She's in Berlin, editor-in-chief of Strategic Europe,

about the factions approaching the EU election in early June.

Is there a far left, I ask, and what about the far right?

Judy puts them all together in this presentation of the far left in European Union and the far right in European Union,

not meeting in the middle. The issues are broad immigration, certainly, trade, certainly, green, certainly, but then again it's it's the

skins versus the shirts it's baseball it's basketball it's soccer. Here's duty to explain, and Bernie Sanders

makes a brief appearance. More of this later tonight.

Oh, there is a very hard left in France and a very hard left in Germany and you know its

stronger state and tax the rich.

I mean, Bernie Sanders is mild compared to them.

They don't want any kind of labour reforms or pension reforms. They don't address the ideas of

demography who's going to pay for it. But it's far left, indeed. But it's the hard right that's making the

running in France is a little bit different but the hard left is

trying to catch up but it's the far right which has changes flows under

Marina Le Pen and she's running a very, very clever

in sophisticated campaign backed by an awful lot of young people to challenge

President Emmanuel Macron's party.
