Hi folks, welcome to another book club of the Lottisetas. I'm joined by Connor and today we're going to be talking about Caitlin Morons, what about men? I picked this book up when I went to America recently. I was about to get on the plane and I was in a W H Smiths. And I thought, oh look, there's a book that I really won't enjoy reading.

And I had a nine hour flight, so I thought this all this all tied me over for the nine hours

took me three hours to read it's not a difficult book to read. And I found it mildly frustrating because of Moran's general sense of lack of

sense of self-awareness throughout the entire thing which I found very frustrating

because she seems to be honestly trying to understand what the problem with men is, but fails to do any kind of self-critique, or make a judgment about feminism that is negative about feminism.

And so she's constantly like, well why don't men have this?

Why don't men have that?

And almost all of these things can be laid at the feet of feminism taking these things away from men.

There are two readings of this book that I would go away with, and I'm actually inclined to

fall more on the charitable one, but not for very charitable reasons.

There is something the postmodernist get right, and that is that standpoint epistemology
