And he is willfully behind on that. He is not going to get anywhere close to it by the time he leaves

And here, John, the problem becomes one of a regulatory issue and here developers go up against an entity called the California

Coastal Commission which is notorious for what taking people to court tying them up in

regulations saying thou shalt not develop but the reality is for California John if you want to build

three and a half new houses minute million new houses you have to develop John and

you have to develop in new areas where people necessarily don't
