For 20 years, I had the time and not the money. Now I've got the money, not the time.

Bradley Bowman, more of this tonight. We are more ready now, John, than we were in 2014 when we saw the Crimean invasion,

but we are not fully ready. No, we are not. And we're certainly not ready for a simultaneous

major wars in the Baltics and the Taiwan Strait. And so, you know, I've used it too many times.

George, Secretary of the Army George Marshall's quote,

you know, for 20 years I had the, I had the money and not the time, excuse me, I had the time and not the money, and then I did it have the money and not the time. And that idea there is that you got to spend now for what you're going to need two to four years from now. And that's why we're trying to sound the alarm so that we can spend that

money now. And just quickly said by 2030, well, look at that spending commitments that we asked of our

European allies. We want them at that 3.5% by when? 2035. It's going to be over in the Baltics by

2035 if we don't spend it a higher rate.
