Haver Malay, the new president of Argentina, who is spectacular in his road shows to Europe, to Israel, to California

to meet with the Silicon Barons, and to make remarks about what he sees for Argentina's opportunity and for the whole region.

He's a great public speaker, has great camera sense.

At the same time back home, there is the test of his libertarianism and his diet of the

Argentine government budget and he's being measured by both directions.

Certainly, although there has long been a romantic current within Argentine culture and certainly

its political culture, you can look back to the way in which, for example, Avita Perron also resonated

with Argentines, I think clearly what you which for example, Avita Perun also resonated with Argentine's.

I think clearly what you have with Javier Malay is really a man who is on an intellectual

and spiritual journey.

I think you certainly saw that with his choice of traveling for personal reasons to Israel.

You see it with the speech that he gave it,

Edavos, on the value of the free market.

You saw it with the performance that he gave in a rock concert in Madrid and in his travel

there to a very important book fair in there in Spain and other things.

And certainly you see with a number of times he's come to the United States with not making meetings with the
